Shipping Info

Real Gustavian ships all over the US and Europe. For semi local deliveries to New York City , Connecticut and MA, we can arrange deliveries using a local, privately owned delivery service. These professionals are well routined with handling fine furniture and antiques and are very reasonably priced with NYC deliveries ranging from $250-$500 depending on size and quantity.

For longer distance deliveries throughout the USA we can obtain a quote from a common carrier for delivery to your home or business within 10 -14 days from date of purchase. In order to request a delivery price please forward your full delivery address to us, along with the object that you are interested in purchasing. Usually within 24-48 hours we can have a quote for you.

For overseas delieveries we offer both air and sea freight delivery options and crating of goods is available.

Delivery charges can either be paid directly to the carrier by you or we can cover these charges and bill you for them. We do not upcharge delivery fees, but we do require advance payment for delieveries if we are making payment on your behalf to the carrier.

All items must be paid in full prior to scheduling delivery.

ORDERS:

As our furiniture is made in Sweden and shipped from there, the lead time can vary. Normal lead time is estimated to be be 12 weeks. In certain cases furniture can ship sooner or later depending on manufacturing schedules and shipping schedules. Import and customs proceedures have also recently caused delays which are beyond our control.  If you have time constraints please notify Real Gustavian prior to placing the order.

RETURNS:

All returns must be pre-approved by Lani Summerville of Real Gustavian and the purchaser is responsible for transportation and insurance of returned merchandise. We do not refund transportation charges. Store credit is given when returns are approved. Furniture ordered specifically for you the client is non returnable.
